and she did look really human probably it was the Cameron (human) before Skynet base a terminator on her appearance to get near John.

(Random Thought) Probably Cameron was someone really important to John (like a wife or really really good friend) and Skynet built a terminator that looks like Cameron to terminate the orignal Cameron and then get near John. But then John reprogrammed her.
