Most states if some one gets hurt on your property and you don't have visable no trespassing signs, you are liable. Also you can sue any one for any thing but it dosent mean you will win... With a good lawyer I'd say that the dog could sue the kid for harassment

As a dog owner myself, I taught my kids that other dogs are not like their own dogs, and that they should always ask the owner before trying to pet any dog they meet. Its just common sense really.

Most states if some one gets hurt on your property and you don't have visable no trespassing signs, you are liable. Also you can sue any one for any thing but it dosent mean you will win... With a good lawyer I'd say that the dog could sue the kid for harassment

It's good to be able to laugh about them. It bothers me when people feel like they need to be extra careful around me. I'd be upset if someone laughed at me just for being crazy though.
