The bike and rider slammed into a girl who was just getting off of work and pulled across the highway in front of the excess of 100 mph bike. She was knocked by the biker's body into her back seat and both were dead on the scene. I believe chasisng anyone causes more deaths than anything.. So the law is partly responsible. I have a friend that has a 2008 cbr1000rr. His taggs are kept under his seat. Cops don't bother to pull him nor chase him. North Carolina a No-Chase clause for super Bikes.

I have a friend that has a 2008 cbr1000rr. His taggs are kept under his seat. Cops don't bother to pull him nor chase him. North Carolina a No-Chase clause for super Bikes.
Also Left on red is permittable for Motorcycles only..

@ildizastro Yeah, that biker obviously broke the law and endangered some people but, in that video, you can see how reckless that Sheriff was being just because he originally wanted to give him a ticket and it turned into a chase. He almost killed the guy on the bike and could have easily killed an innocent person. He should have just tried to follow at a safer distance and hope he dumped it instead of trying to run him down and almost hitting a bunch of other people in the process.

YES a bike can get away from a car... EVEN if the road conditions change. And if you think a Police Car can perform as well as a bike on the road, then that would explain your point of view on the video. And as for the brakes, it's the same principle for a car.
The guy was just an inexperience rider who tried his luck and failed. That's all. An experienced rider wouldn't have let a car get close enough to actually hit him.
Plus, Bikes wouldn't run if cops were fair to bikers.

@TheKILLAHUNT The cops should have check the license plate and if it indeed flagged vehicle then they can do their thing but if no warrant or any flags on the automobile then they may chase caution with public safety fist in mind. The police have to weigh in the Risk Factor on every chase. Yes, they might catch the bad guy...but at what cost. Good thing nobody got hurt on this except for the rider.
