ok 1 there are no safety or traffic cones u have a car stopped in a driving lane it wasnt on the shoulder it wasnt moving it was stopped right in the middle of traffic. 2 all cars shouldve been pulled off onto the shoulder most are still hanging half way out in the driving lane. and 3 its hard to see those lights flashing during the day especially when there hidden. 4 how ever the idiot shouldve realised something was going on by the traffic slowing down around them.

@videovirgins for your information the staggered formation of units @ the scene are for protection of the fire and ems workers on scene attending to the victim in the over-turned tractor trailer. I was an emergency responder in this county when this incident occured. simply was a rubber-necker with her head up her arse. We wouldnt have to drastically clog lanes if pepole would excercise common sense slow down and move over when emergency workers are present
