@Sinknight89 I think the most important is to get over an obstacle, so u may wanna train vaults, tic tacs and wallruns.

@Sinknight89 I started doing parkour 3 years ago, and now I'm starting to get serious about it. I'm pretty good and suggest starting with easier vaults, such as: beginner, monkey, turn, and gate. Then I would start doing more complex vaults, such as: Kong, Dash, 360, Kash, and, eventually, Reverse. The reverse looks sick but takes a little to get used to, just like the Kash, which is a Kong to a Dash. Always remember, "The world is our playground." Also, "Parkour isn't a sport, its a lifestyle."

Does anyone know what this vault is called? You dive onto the obstacle diagonally (its not a pole though) and without your feet touching it you walk across on your hands. Your body is parrallel to the obstacle asides from your legs which i THINK is curled up to your body.

Sorry, I cant explain it any better than that : S and im not even sure if its an official vault, I was just shown it about a month ago and gone and forgot how to bloody do it!!! : ]

i have 2 say the gate flip/ vault is actually bloody useful mate and is classed as pk as it is efficient and fluid. if you have no momentum from a previous vault or you have a rail behind you and dont have much space it helps. also its useful for getting over things too high to vault over normally using 2 hand vaults, kongs, monkey etc. ive been doing parkour now for 4 years and am a traceur of NEPK (North East Parkour)(of England).

I'm pretty scared to try the Dash Vault and the Kong Vault. Scared my ass will clip something along with my nuts! Or my legs will clip something and I'll just launch face first into the pavement. The tick tack vault, I can't get enough hight. Ohh! I like the Gate Vault, that one is badass! I don't have anywhere to try it though. All we have here in Hawaii are those spiked fences. As for walls, I need to look around more. =)
