  • well if it worked 4 him y isnt it working 4 me?! ive bin listenin 2 the cd nearly everyday 4 like 3 weeks and im still stuck in the same cycle of eating??

  • Because listening to the CD is not enough. You have to put SOME effort into doing the 4 steps which do work if you do them.

  • chris wild? . .sory but the surname rings more true to subjects rather than the sucessfull 1, . an in yorkshire where i live chris is slang for crisps, so thename means wild about chrisps
