This dog has deformed paws. As a professional vet, I recommend that it is put to sleep. This may sound alarming, but it is the kindest thing to do. It would thank you if it could speak. This is obviously someone's dog posting (probably not even the dog in the video) and pretending to be it's owner. This is what happens when dogs are not house trained, they go on the Internet when you are at work and post YouTube comments.

I have seen this kind of thing many times before. As a vet, I can't urge you enough to house train your animals and have them spayed or neutered at the earliest opportunity. If you can't afford it, at least password protect your computer.
