Returning to the US constitution is meaningless unless it applies to "we the people" and not "WE the PEOPLE."

This is the deception of a system that stems from the initial formation of laws thousands of years ago in the cradles of civilization. Over the generations the deception of the legal system has been maintained by higher ranking members of the bar.

I respect Mr. McGovern's background and his service to our country. However, his speciality and focus for most of his 27 year career was on the Soviet and later Russian sphere. Consequently, he is substantially unqualified to offer a credible professional opinion on Iraq, Al Qaeda or any other matters concerning US national security in the middle east. Yes, he is an intelligence professional but like a medical professional he specialized in "cardiology" but this situation calls for a neurologist

Mr. McGovern is not qualified to provide an expert opinion on international terrorism e.g. 9/11 or Al Q. He does not have the formal background or relevant field experience in the realm of international terrorism.

There's no compelling evidence to indicate that the CIA "created Al Qaeda"; this statement betrays a lack of understanding of America's covert war in Afghanistan in the 80's.

There are thousands of intel guys who could provide a more informed opinion.
