True. You have a point there. However, try to see it from a child's point of view. They don't understand "death" yet; it's full severity or the fact that it's permanent. That's why in real life, adults tend to shy away from saying the word as well. Plus, in this case, they used so many analogies because it was rather humorous. I know I laughed.

@supertamal2000 but it couldn't hurt i mean think about it, if you've seen shaman king (all of it) you see zeke (main character's evil ancester/twin:long story) stick his hand in yoh(main character)'s chest and pull out his soul and eats it as yoh screams in pain and says he's absorbing him in the next episode which all in big relations to death which that would kill yoh so how is that for kids cause it's heartstopping if you've seen it X(
