@angelstuart816 yea :), I also have a YMCA membership but I am not ready for the YMCA staff to watch Naomi while I work out. So i decided to use what i have at home and at the same time spend time with Naomi :). I do my workout in the morning when hubby is at work :).
Great workout, every woman should do pull ups on a regular basics, it would keep the wings away;-). Good stuff, if you lived in my city we could run together:-) (lol).

Did you workout throughout your pregnancy? I'm 7 months along and haven't stopped exercising, and don't plan to when baby arrives.
