You should see if you can find a copy of the new play control Donkey Kong Jungle Beat remake (If you don't have it). It was made by the same team who did the Super Mario Galaxies, and it's a not really well known game. I think you would have fun LPing it.

I realllllly wouldn't mind if you did DKC2, because I think it's the best game in the SNES trilogy. Plus, more hidden stuff to collect, which ought to be barrels of fun, eh? :P Doubleplus, you'll probably be at it for more than just seven parts. :P

I was one of those who suggested DKC2, but I totally meant DKC3, the one I played all through childhood. I never knew its sequential place, but I guess seeing "Double" in the title screen all the time gave me the idea it was #2. Y'know, IN THE BATHROOM.
