  • What I also like to do is devote time to mindfulness meditation. If there is a rest room at work, go in and sit on the toilet and just for 10 minutes center yourself on your breathing and feelings. It works for me. Some people I know step outside the job to smoke, I go outside to meditate. And on my lunch I also devote time. So whilst you may be mindful doing work - it is also important to at times devote time for mindfulness meditation
