You also don't have to worry about driver support for XP, especially with printers and wireless nics. So XP ftw
ubuntu linux is the best os vista is too slow ubuntu is very fast and when you install it it already has many apps and games when you are on a windows xp and you want vista you need to upgrade first the ram, video card, etc. ubuntu has many effects and only uses 256mb ram thats why its fast even it has lots of cool effects
i love linux ubuntu the only thing i don't like about it is wich is nothing really bad about it is there isn't as much compatible programs for it but soon hopefully will be fixed in the future

XP can do it all, especially play the latest games WHEN THEY come out. If you are easily amused by a rotating cube and useless effects, you can do that on xp as well. And oh yeah, you don't have to spend the whole day googling command lines for a terminal or get 20 different answers for the same problem since everyone who uses Linux is some kind of computer genius.
You also don't have to worry about driver support for XP, especially with printers and wireless nics. So XP ftw

ubuntu linux is the best os vista is too slow ubuntu is very fast and when you install it it already has many apps and games when you are on a windows xp and you want vista you need to upgrade first the ram, video card, etc. ubuntu has many effects and only uses 256mb ram thats why its fast even it has lots of cool effects

who gives a shit if vista is hungry... its still a good operating system... Just go buy more freaking ram. Ram is the easiest thing to upgrade.
