Is it worth buying a ps3 just for the uncharted series and lbp series? Please respond! I have a xbox and love it but I really want uncharted and lbp..but I'm not sure if it's worth buying a ps3 just for them?

@zzzzzz192 I admit that you got more average exclusives and we got some awsome exclusives (Halo: Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST, Halo Reach, Halo Combat Evolved: Anniversary and MANY Xbox Live Arcade games) and Gears of War 2 and Gears of War 3) and average to my opinion (Forza). And we also got about 1.5x as much exclusives. Check Wiki before you are gonna bitch again.
So I go to my local gamestore and I buy Uncharted 3,
an hour later I tried to activate my online pass.
I couldn`t because the pass was overdate!
SO I go back to the store, they didn`t have another Uncharted so I paid another 10 euro`s to get Battlefield 3. I couldn`t play online cause again the pass was overdate!
Now I can`t buy the online pass via PSN because there is something with an error ( 80023102)
FML. Does anyone else have the same problem? I don`t think so D:

I got this pre packaged with my ps3. I don't know anything about the other games and haven't played UC3 yet. Should I play it without knowledge of the other games because I don't want to just jump into a series where I don't know the plot. I was planning on trading it for another game. What should I do?
I just beat uncharted 3 , I have all three games and will never sell them because their all epic adventures and the last one is just outstanding 10/10 from me. I hope they do a fourth run and make another blockbuster. Cant wait for this teams future projects cause with their gaming talent skys the limit. @bigben1731 And if you want more: the controller of the Xbox is way better and we get a headset with it so you are not forever alone like on the PS3. We got group chat and chat while playing different games than each other. We can very easily stream movies (even DVD format/.vob, .ifo, .bup), pictures and music (and play them in the background) to our Xbox using Windows Media Center which is an awsome app. Our dashboard and apps are way better than PS3's. We basically beat the PS3 on everything.
@guuso123 The PS3 is already a media hub ok so don't talk about bullshit that Xbox could play dvd's.The only thing Xbox has is cross game chatting, that's it. PS3 has video & group chat and free online gaming. We're talking about gaming here and clearly Microsoft doesn't deliver.

PS3 = XBOX, PEOPLE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT GRAPHICS! The majority of games are created for PC/XBOX so naturally they are better on the Xbox, then they are ported to PS3 or vice versa. @guuso123 Nah, i personally think they are equal of graphical content, chances are the same game development company won't create two games that are made either for BOTH the xbox and 360, not ported, if they weren't ported, they were both tailored for the system, only then shall we see (graphical wise) which console is better. Although i'm not a fanboy, im going to defend the PS3 on some points: Xbox controller is personal preference (although i do like it) , (See next reply, ran over limit)
@guuso123 Voice chat wins, there is a Media Centre on ps3 (Just not as obvious, you kinda win on that), and personally i don't like music in the background when playing skyrim for example, although it is a feature that wasn't implemented, so Xbox wins on that front. I own both consoles, and i have to say feature wise, Xbox wins, but for those who just want to play a game with no monthly costs, then the ps3 wins. They're both as good as each over, people need to stop complaining :P

@guuso123 Actually, MW3 has better graphics on Xbox ( lensoftruth (dot) com/category/head2head/ ), and yeah, only blind fanboys use no argument, they pick one good point about the console and only use that point, and ignore any arguments, also on that website, theres a good head2head comparison of popular games on both consoles, it's great if you have Xbox and PS3 and are deciding on what platform to get a game on.

The PS3 has a Blu-Ray player, which is actually used for movies and very few PS3 exclusives. But i'm done playing a game like UC3 in 12 hours so that's not worth it. And i don't watch movies very often. My TV is ok, 1080 p, but if i want to experience some really nice Blu-Ray i need a very expensive TV.

Uncharted 3 = Fukn epic game, I praise the creators of this game and can only imagine their future projects. This game is better than 1 and 2 and those games were crazy good. My favorites now uncharted 3, batman arkum city, rayman origins, cod 3, bf 3, Mkombat 9, ultimate mvc 3, king of fighters 13 i got dark souls but its hard to get into cause you constantly die and progression is so slow, some people dig it and it is a good game but very hard and you need lots of time for it.

I've owned and gamed on PS3s (even played this game on it), Xboxes, and computers. Right now I own an Alienware m14x. Anyways, computer gaming IS the best way to game (If you can afford it). I use consoles like my PS3 to play games like these, but for multiplayer gaming, a computer can't be beat. Plus I like owning the latest stuff, and PS3s are now SIX years outdated. If I had to choose from a system, I'd pick a computer (specifically Alienware, or if its not a laptop build a pc my self)

A nice game, but not as nice as Xbox's exclusives. I would buy Halo and GOW 3, because of the Multiplayer, which is kind of an extra option in this game. But i wouldn't buy this game if i had a PS3. Many ppl say PS3's exclusives are better then Xbox's. But i don't think so. Metal Gear is just a random game. No reason for me to buy a game like that. I'd rather pay for something nicer like real games: Battlefield, Halo, GOW3, Borderlands, Fallout, Skyrim, Oblivion, Dirt 2 and Dirt 3, much more...

I just beat uncharted 3 , I have all three games and will never sell them because their all epic adventures and the last one is just outstanding 10/10 from me. @bigben1731 And if you want more: the controller of the Xbox is way better and we get a headset with it so you are not forever alone like on the PS3. We got group chat and chat while playing different games than each other. We can very easily stream movies (even DVD format/.vob, .ifo, .bup), pictures and music (and play them in the background) to our Xbox using Windows Media Center which is an awsome app. Our dashboard and apps are way better than PS3's. We basically beat the PS3 on everything.

@guuso123 Nah, i personally think they are equal of graphical content, chances are the same game development company won't create two games that are made either for BOTH the xbox and 360, not ported, if they weren't ported, they were both tailored for the system, only then shall we see (graphical wise) which console is better. @guuso123 Voice chat wins, there is a Media Centre on ps3 (Just not as obvious, you kinda win on that), and personally i don't like music in the background when playing skyrim for example, although it is a feature that wasn't implemented, so Xbox wins on that front. I own both consoles, and i have to say feature wise, Xbox wins, but for those who just want to play a game with no monthly costs, then the ps3 wins. They're both as good as each over, people need to stop complaining :P

The PS3 has a Blu-Ray player, which is actually used for movies and very few PS3 exclusives. But i'm done playing a game like UC3 in 12 hours so that's not worth it. And i don't watch movies very often. My TV is ok, 1080 p, but if i want to experience some really nice Blu-Ray i need a very expensive TV.

Uncharted 3 = Fukn epic game, I praise the creators of this game and can only imagine their future projects. This game is better than 1 and 2 and those games were crazy good. My favorites now uncharted 3, batman arkum city, rayman origins, cod 3, bf 3, Mkombat 9, ultimate mvc 3, king of fighters 13 i got dark souls but its hard to get into cause you constantly die and progression is so slow, some people dig it and it is a good game but very hard and you need lots of time for it.

I've owned and gamed on PS3s (even played this game on it), Xboxes, and computers. Right now I own an Alienware m14x. Anyways, computer gaming IS the best way to game (If you can afford it). I use consoles like my PS3 to play games like these, but for multiplayer gaming, a computer can't be beat. Plus I like owning the latest stuff, and PS3s are now SIX years outdated. If I had to choose from a system, I'd pick a computer (specifically Alienware, or if its not a laptop build a pc my self)

A nice game, but not as nice as Xbox's exclusives. I would buy Halo and GOW 3, because of the Multiplayer, which is kind of an extra option in this game. But i wouldn't buy this game if i had a PS3. Many ppl say PS3's exclusives are better then Xbox's. But i don't think so. Metal Gear is just a random game. No reason for me to buy a game like that.
