I like "My Ghost Story" more coz the show has very interesting evidences not just stories.

this has happened to me because one time me and my friend were at her house by ourselves downstairs watching TV and we heard stomping upstairs; pacing back and forth. so we were actually brave enough to go see what was causing it [not like that person on the vid u just saw]. just close ur eyes dumb people!

I believe her about what she saw and heard because its happened to me before, but I've also had episodes of sleep paralysis, thought to sometimes be caused by stress, and what she described in the morning is exactly identical in nature to what I had. You believe what you experienced was real, because your mind is awake but your body is still paralyzed from sleep and It causes visual, auditory, and tactile hallucinations, and a feeling of terror. The pulling on the limbs is a common theme.

this does happen as a child i had quilt lifted up at an angle of about 40degrees,i had to hold onto the quilt i was woken due to the chill of quilt being lifted!.

How did the elderly couple that lived in Kim Favot's haunted home actually die before Kim decided to occupy the house? Did they both die of natural causes or did something happen to them? Maybe they were both frightened to death by something...literally. IMO 2 years living in a house isn't a long enough time for an elderly couple to develop strong emotional attachments to it for them to come back and haunt it. So what goes on here and when did all of this haunting begin?

These encounters she is subject to, don't point toward paranormal. Evidence: doors closing and shadow moving. When she is in bed she's not suffering a "ghost attack" but acute sleep paralysis w/4th cycle dream spil. That alone can be very frightening. You have become conscious but your body is still paralyzed from its deep cycles.  You can also have bits and visions of dreams leak into your consciousness. This only lasts 30sec max. I wrote part of my thesis for my undergrad psyche degree.
