Im from Cape town, I'm from the "flats" and this is all too common. My grandpa's tap outside the house got stolen to sell money for Tik. I don't know whats going to happen to the city anymore. there is so much potential , but there aren't enough job opportunities. the coloured community feel neglected, simple as that.
