@kungman149 The Royal 22th Regiment (The "VanDoos") are known for their courage in battle. It's mostly French speaking. Based in Québec City.
The deserved their "Royal" title for their actions in WWI. King George V approved this in June 1921.

Canadians did play a major role in both the world wars. We won in Vimy Ridge where NO ONE ELSE could, plus many other victories. We worked with the Americans and British. The Allies might not have won had the Canadians or Americans not helped. Both played crucial roles and both were very important.

@sothavok Actually, the Americans fly their CP-140 Aurora aircraft to CFB Comox for training, since us Canadians have the same aircraft. You also train your submariners and test submarine wepons in a place called Nanoose bay in Canada, no more than 60 miles way from CFB Comox
That's just in British Columbia. The US train everywhere, just as we train elsewhere. Get over yourself
