i found that if you leave the crimper on for about 20 minutes before you do your hair it works out better, you have to let the crimper become super hot before you use it. the outcome is much more better, & you have to have patients! & also don't put the crimper down to far from the secton you just crimped, it looks better if you just move it down a little.

To be honest, sometimes it doesn't work on some hair. It's depends sometimes on the texture of you hair sometimes, thick, thin. Evan having curly and wavy hair can change how it looks. Or just put lot of hairspray. Lol (:
