You just have to move the background with the camera, so it doesnt look like the house is shaking. Probably know that though.

hmm, well this was posted a year ago... but you would need tracking points on the green screen to matchmove the BG. but of course, you would need more software. just google matchmaking or motion tracking.

@GlumPhoenix Matchmoving doesn't take that much time. You could even do it with a simple 2 point track.
