@mrslilchef Hey, I went to hair school, so I'll give you tips that actually work (I know because I use them), it'll probably be a few responses long though. You could try to wear your hair in a tight ponytail for atleast an hour a few days a week-it pulls on the roots, thus making it grow. Or cornrows if you like that look, and can afford it.....
@mrslilchef Second, make sure you're using salon quality shampoo and conditioner. I know it's more expensive, but trust me, it'll last longer than anything you just buy at the grocery store, but don't buy salon stuff that's sold at the grocery store, it's excess inventory from salons that has expired, so it's no good. Trade Secret is a great place to get salon products.....continued
@mrslilchef Make sure that you are conditioning your hair EVERY time you wash it, it's important because it helps seal any ends that may be starting to split, and keeps them from splitting as fast. Another thing that helps with that is getting a deep conditioning treatment at the salon every so often. If you can't afford it, just try leaving your conditioner on for 5-10 minutes, do your shaving or bodywash or whatever while you're letting it sit......
@mrslilchef Finally, the most important thing, is make sure you're getting your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks. I know, I know, that doesn't sound like it helps what you're wanting to achieve, but getting the split, dead and brittle ends off will promote growth....
@mrslilchef When you don't cut your hair and have all these bad ends, it doesn't look like it's growing because, when you move around in your sleep, they break off. So.....your hair always looks the same length, but in fact, I promise your hair IS growing... those are my tips, hope it helps!!!

highly doubtful but i wouldnt say it is impossible just not very healthy to lose that much weight so fast its better to lose it slowly so it doesnt mess up your organs and stuff....just like being overweight is unhealthy losing too much weight in a short period of time is also unhealthy...

Diet and fitness is a great way to stay young, I just turned 30, and people think I'm like 22 or something. :) Kandee, I would recommend Tony Little workout videos, he makes workouts real fun and challenging. :) And I must also add that you're incredibly cute and have a magnetic personality, and I'd love to take you out for a nice night on the town, and I'd love to see what outfit you'd select/create for that. :)

you can get the teeth whitening stuff at walgreens.. the thing is- it comes in a box that doesn't look the same as the bottle shes shown. ;] Just look for the title!
