I did this in an internal (5v5 within our clan) and I too lost the demo D: wouldn't have been any use in videos anyway though, everyone would think it's fake since the dude I killed was wearing same clan tag as me :P I did it with an m4 btw.

AVI File saved totally uncompressed =D

the audio is recorded automaticly with source recorder, to sync it I just record @ 120FPS then render the virtualdub file at 60FPS so that it's half and half, then in vegas ungroup the audio and pull the video down to match the audio
