RAV 4 Offroad crossing Lake Nappanerica - Simpson Desert - Australia

Fair dinkum a Rav 4. Did you do anything to it? I know they are tough as my wife has one and I have taken it some tough places, but the sand on the top of those dunes almost stopped me several times especially on the Rig road. We were going south east, but well done little Rav

@kaliaidan No. The only thing i did was putting a better suspension with 5cm lift kit. Tough car but now, looking back, not tough enough to tackle the simpson. Fair enough on dirt roads, but when you need to go through mud and sand and river crossing you wish you had a cruiser. The dunes were climbed in 1st gear all the way up, revving hard!
