It's time for Arpaio to act like a responsible leader and quit destroying evidence supeanaed, tell his deputies to stop taking court documents and owning his errors. This bus is an example of Arpaio thinking he doesn't have to follow procedures when the entire county has budget problems. He's been getting by without it. It's time to sell it.
