hold up! I aint double jointed (other than my thumbs) but I can do the basic bonebreak, and I just started today its really hard to do when not double jointed at yo sholda, Aceyave got the right idea cuz he says to start use a towel/bandana/sock and keep yo hands seperate and slowly when you build confidence bring them in until tuching, BTW it will hurt like hell when you push your limits but don't push so hard you f**k yoself up
