  • hey wat plane? boeing 737??

  • ChristopherWoo - I love this video - I have flown on G-EZID from Edinburgh to Gatwick in 2005 - Everytime I hear that song I think of this video - I aspire to be easyjet cabin crew - Ideally at Gatwick or Manchester - Where are you based?

  • easyjet is the best airline

  • the worst airline company I have ever flown!!! Very BAD costumer service!!! They only care about the money and how to get more profit from the passengers! Not recommended!!!!!!!!

  • SHALOM VERY NICE VIDEOS TOV TODA

  • I always fly with easyjet, they are the best. :D

  • you was going to Valencia right?

  • You are living my dream! =D

  • Beautiful!!!!!!!

  • /watch?v=-nk0wOXlQV4

  • hey what is those mountains? I waiting for response 1:20 , 1:25 , 1:32 , 1:36

  • @GamesMaster1321 those mountains are the alps

  • HI I'm 13 and am hoping to become a pilot for easyJet and I was wondering what a good way to get there would be since your're a pilot and have been through the process. Thank you. Also a really good video.

  • I can stop to see this video, is so PERFECT! :')

  • Beautiful :') And the music?

I like, is a good video!

  • What song is this sir? :)

  • are cabin crew really allowed to enter the flight deck inflight??? I thought that because of security only the cabin manager was allowed to do so...?

  • Very, very nice :)

  • What's the song of this? :) I'm flying easyjet this saturday to berlin, is it allowed to ask for a peek in the cockpit during the flight actually?

Your one lucky bastard in that plane :)

    Greetings,

    Tom

  • You guys really have a beautiful job :) Btw can I as a passenger ask to a air hostess to take a look in the cockpit during the flight?

And, what is the song in here it's from snow patrol but which song?

    Greetings,

    Rated G

  • Easyjet is probably the best UK airline. Cheap, Easy, Experienced, Safe and the crew are very nice.

  • Great video - nice to see that some cabin crew have time to enjoy themselves on board.

  • Very nice video. I wish I had the opportunity to make a cockpit video in my life. Will keep trying anyway. Nice flight¡¡¡

  • Its great how a good tune and editing hides the fact that ur on min rest, random roster, tryin to make up time from that slot delay, banging ur head off a wall trying to get leave, working into ur discretion/day off, eating crap crewfood and being laid off for the winter...:-P

  • Nice, looks like you made use of your time on the jumpseat!!!

  • what the airport @ 3 : 45

  • My dad and 2 of my oncles are easyjet pilot,my dad is the Captain and my Oncles are still Co-Pilots.

  • @TheDaninster1 *uncle*

  • great video, are you a pilot ?

  • are u a pilot or an engineer???

  • IS That Landing At London-Gatwick?

  • Beautiful images! I love the sight of the clouds

  • does it have a tv on it like an A320 does?

  • easy jet is fo life

  • woo go easyjet

  • First of all, If you dont like it, Dont watch it, simple as. Or turn the sound down

With this video If i used recorded sound it would be a mishmash of audio, nothing correlating to each other. Check out the full video of the landing in gatwick if you want the Sound from it on another video of mine.

Stop posting drival. I personally like the song, along with a good few million people who like snow patrol.

  • Agreed, I think this song goes perfectly with the video. Very nice choice.

  • @Christopherwoo nice vid and i dont understand whats wrong with the song?

The song is greatful... as the video by the way are you a pilot ?

  • @Christopherwoo Hi Are You The Easyjet Pilot?

  • @Christopherwoo Hi, are you a captain or first officer? And also, what aircraft do you fly?

  • Lol god knows why !

  • @s1a2c3ha fuck of music is good and the video is amazing

  • @s1a2c3ha the video sucks 2...

  • @s1a2c3ha well i though the musice macth the video very much so haha

  • i love this song

  • Very nice clip - thanks.

  • Hehe, I'm so glad this video got its soundtrack back on! Gratz, Christopher!

  • haha thanks. I found a way to do it :)

  • ohhh plleeeaassseee tell me how to do it via PM :P

  • I fly for their virtual airline!

  • so cool you managed to put the music again! by the way, my mom is a captain for easyjet!!!

    xxxxx

  • liar.

  • no it's actually true!

  • go ask her what ico code for heathrow is ?

  • she told me LHR...is that true?

  • oh sorry, apparently LHR is the IATA code

    the ICAO is EGLL

  • yeee, hammerd, sorryyy, you googled it you douche bag :PP:P

    lmaoooo

  • i am sorry 4 being nasty, my mam is a as space lady.

  • Very nice Vid, the cockpit vids are cool... 5*!

  • love easjet

  • Good video - it's a shame the audio has been taken off/

  • ya becasue WMG is power hungry assholes

  • are you a pilot or a flight attendant or sumthin for Easyjet?

  • Really good video!

The Landing at the end was brilliant.

I am flying with easyjet from London gatwick

to Belfast Int on 06/04/2009 on Flight 733

Could you tell me what aircraft it will be.

  • an airbus 319

  • Awsome!

  • Really nice Video, 5 Stars:)

  • brillient video

  • Verry nice Video:)

  • what is this song?

  • Snow Patrol - Signal Fire (I think)

  • @ EinkOLED

having knowledge on PMDG aircraft etc, doesnt matter, im a great online flyer myself, and currently fly for easjet virtual, and in the real world hold PPL, tbh mate stuff ur virtual knowledge lol

  • Well said, Im a Fanatic (Flight sim flying) I fly to real airline procedures, But flying the real Aircraft is totally different, When i had an hours ride at gatwick in the full motion A320 Sim they have, It was so different to anything i could have imagened, I did a FLX D-TO (44) with packs off and bumps on (IAE V2500 only) Understanding FMAs on the T/O like SRS RWY A/T SRS Speed Reference System Responsable for maintaining V2+10Knots, I hate the virtual flyers who think they can fly for real.

  • I'm not claiming to be an ATPL pilot in anyway, but I do have a lot of knowledge of the 737 systems and have countless boeing/airline manuals, procedures, training videos which I use on the wilco/PMDG aircraft.

    I'm welcome to challenge anybody.

  • Fair enough, but the aircraft featured in the intial flight is an Airbus 319, so not sure what your 737 manuals will do to help you on that?

  • I'm aware of that, but all aircraft follow the same trend.

Use bleed air from the engines in flight, use packs to condition and distrubute the air and pressure at the same PSI.

Even the emergency procedures would follow close suite.

On the older aircraft cabin presssure would need to be calibrated at the intended cruise altitude. On the newer fleet this would be calculated automatically, the cruise and landing altitude would therefore just need to be set.

  • If pressure cannot be restored a rapid descent has to be achieved to 10,000ft with structural intergrity in mind, ie window/door failure

Use of speedbrakes can be applied if within the speed limits and at the discretion of the captain, a controlled vertical descent can be made but with the vertical speed indicator but without a fixed speed, or through speed control of LVL CHG which sets the aircraft at a non fixed descent at a fixed speed.

Oxygen driven generators fail within 14 minutes

  • A cabin warning horn if activated requires steps necessary to restore pressure or to start a descent to 10,000 or below.

A check of the cabin rate and cabin altitude indicators will confirm whether an altitude in excess of cabin pressure is indicated.

If so, L and R bleed switches need to set to HIGH (source of oxygen). L and R packs set to HIGH (flows conditioned air into the cabin). Pressure mode to manual DC and outflow valve to close.(outflow valve controls pressure. open/ground

  • klkl

  • isnt it Portugal at 1 38 mins?

  • One last word and then rant over!

I will put you right again rjpoole1.

True the aircraft 'wouldn't' fall out of the sky, but if it didn't descend then everyone on board would eventually perish, the oxygen supply won't last forever! If your going to pretend to be a pilot AT LEAST know what you are talking about, which clearly you don't!

'Why do people post what they don't know'?? That's one massive contradiction coming from you who's knowledge of aviation is as poor as your spelling!

  • Sudden decompression is very violent. With the air in the cabin being rapidly sucked out through a puncture in the fuselage or a failure in the pressurization system. It's a bit like air rushing out of a balloon.

When cabin air pressure falls below normal levels (either rapidly or gradually), a pressure warning alarm will normally sound in the cockpit. At 35000' you have between 30-60 seconds, anything above this your talking seconds before hypoxia rapidly sets in. Its also extremely cold!

  • 92GH

    I didn't do A-levels. I got 11 GCSE's (3 B's,and 8 C's). A BTEC in aeronautical engineering.

But if you are looking to pursue a career in aviation as a pilot then all the technical based subjects are great! Maths, physics etc.

    Good luck

  • Great video.

I have to agree with 1canshort though. rjpoole. For someone who is 'supposed' to hold a professional pilots license, your spelling reminds me of my little sisters and your argumentative attitude stinks, not a good trait to portray! I am on the long hard road to becoming a pilot myself, and I have to say that you might pilot your toy aeroplanes, but, not the real ones! You know NOTHING about flying. A rapid decompression at FL350 is a 'dangerous situation' to be in! Keep dreaming

  • to any pilot, wat are your qualifications and wat did u study at A lvl?

    Thanks

  • what seesaw?? Still breaking aeroplanes, had an engine stall on me the other day. Must be why I'm losing my hair xx

  • haha me too mate, its a sad year for the hair industry... And im talking about the kids seesaw at charles de gaulle while we waited for the plane to luton.... I've also got that video of wallace trapped in the locker but i decided against posting that for obvious reasons!

  • oi, did u ask me to use those photos of my broken aeroplane.. Hope u ok, Rob

  • haha mate! hows it going? its been a while! Thats still my favourite story to tell! And careful now! or i'll put one up with the picture of you on the seesaw haha. Just kidding.

  • are u a pilot?

  • people pause the video at 13 seconds dat view is frikin sweet

  • Lol did u notice that some planes looks funny?

    For example

    Airbus a380 thats not a plane that's a building

A300F4-600R that's not a plane thats a freakin' lunch box

    and so on...

    Btw very nice video :))

  • Very Beautiful!

  • amazing video top class

  • Deifinatly One of teh best jobs out there and Ross744 Dont ruin People's Dreams He may become an A380 Captain for all you know ,So dont ruin it for him. Go for it Boeing757basher07 ,Se ya in the sky ;)

  • nice video

  • Ross :H

You'll be piloting bin trucks for years to come ;)

    lol

  • Brilliant, Beautiful, Perfect, amazing.

Brilliant vid, Song goes so well with it.

    I do hope i'll become a pilot :(

    5*

  • No he will be flying for "easybus" you know those buses that drive around the car park at luton picking passengers up to take them to the terminal.

  • Great movie showing the beauty of traveling by plane. Jealous because of your possibility watching the fligt from the cockpit ;) I tried once, but they told me it's dangerous, cause i might be a terrorist...

Great shots, waiting 4 more such videos

  • Very nice video. Hey! Can anyone tell me why an easyet flight that I was on took off from Malaga with a cracked windscreen? About an hour later we had to make an emergency landing in Nantes, France, because the windscreen seriously failed. EVEN BIGGER CRACKS!!!And I saw them!!! The Civil Aviation Authority informed me that it was known to be cracked in Malaga, but they still used the plane!!! AND we were stuck in Nantes for 10 f*****g hours. Lucky to be alive...

  • Hey, do u fly aircraft? even if the worst had happend and the windscreen had blown in then u wudnt have died! the aircraft wud have depresurised, u wd get to wear ur lovely mask and breath fresh oxygen! U wud not die! why do ppl post wot they dnt no?!

  • rjpool1. Are you drunk? Have you any idea what can happen to a plane at 35,000 feet that suffers a sudden decompression?

  • Yes i no all about decompression at altitude as i to am an airline pilot, the aircraft wudnt drop out the sky, nor will the crew or pax die! there are SOPs for this sort of stuff that would be followed, for the least discommfort for all the pax and crew, in no way wud the aircraft be in a 'massive' dangar!! FEEL FREE TO PUT ME RIGHT AGAIN!

  • rjpool1, you're not a pilot. You don't even know how to spell.

  • Like you can't spell my screen name, enough said!!

  • By your posts I'd say that you were about 13 or 14.

  • Yes Yes ur right of course im 13! they give CPLs out to 13 year olds thesedays! Now look who looks 13!

  • Go and play with your toy aeroplanes little boy.

  • OK, i understand that you're cabin crew, right?! well when u have a fATPL and a fair few flying hours what ever it may be in then u can comment. Agreed a dnt fly airbus' or Boeings YET but i do have a TR on a turbo prop so therefore i think i can comment! I would also like you to outline the points that make me sound like a 13yr olf that plays with toy planes! Very professional comments coming from someone taking up a career in a very professional industry!

  • OK. I was a pilot. Retired early.

  • Yes I can, the windshields are made of different laminate layers, depending on which layer is cracked would allow the aircraft to be despatched, if in flight the crack became worse or spread to another layer it would be diverted. Cracked windcreens although rare are not uncommon and to fly one with a crack in it, once checked and despatched in accordance with the DDG and MEL, is also normal. The crack getting worse is not normal so the diversion was correct. Getting stuck in Nantes is a shame

  • did any1 see about the food on easyjet hahahaha daily mirror on monday 17th march

  • yeah? it wasnt about easyjet though was it. It was about the food company they, and many other airlines use.

  • yeah? but it wasnt about it easyjet though, it was about the company they, and many other airlines use...

  • no it wasnt about easyjet but the food company that runs from luton only deal with easyjet imagine a manager asking you to go through the skip to avoid complaints from crew thats what it was like i say was as i left(on good terms i may add) easyjet werent allowed to unit without notice surely that says something???? i wouldnt buy food drom easyjet flying from luton you have all been warned...

  • Like the music, what song?

  • Snow patrol - Open your eyes

    I think :S

  • nope

  • nope

  • Snow Patrol - Signal Fire

  • i only ever use easyjet if im flying to 1 of my houses in ireland coz i have 2 in uk and 1 in ireland. coz dey are so cramped and small i wont fly with them if i have to be on the plane longer than an hour and a bit. but luv the pics great music

  • GET BACK TO WORK LOL

    nah really nice vid man

  • hi christopherwoo, I'm a 21 years old student pilot,

I'm going through an integrated ATPL course.

I passed the therotetical knowledge exames in May and now I'm doing IR training. Still have some 40 hours to fly and the MCC.

What's the work environment like in EZY? If you're a pilot, were you already type rated at the beginning or did the selection as a low hour cadet?

    Thanks a lot.

    Alberto

  • Great Video, and fantastic song!

  • Do you not fancy joining a tour operator like thomson or thomas cook. That way you get 3 days of hols in the sun because most of them go to each destination every 3 days.

  • I am only 13. Have flown with my friends dad in Mexico. It was a Cessna Grand Caravan. It was sweet!

  • im onli 13 and wnt 2 b 1

  • im 15 n i want to b a pilot n always hav, but it soo expensiv!!

  • ye same problem ere lol ive started training but i think ive been lucky wiv my money!

  • im only 14 and i reali want to be a pilot aswell

  • Same here! I'm only 14, but have booked myself in for lessons; and hopefully I'll get my PPL as soon as i'm 17.

  • same here i also wish to be a airline pilot and work for easyjet :D and i m only 15 at the moment. :(

any ways good luck to the future pilots :)

  • yea i want to be a pilot too.. bot for ryanair

  • You really don't want to be one for Ryanair, lol.

  • y not?

  • Because they get the worst write ups ever, and are the most hated airline.

  • :( lol...i guess soo

  • Ryanair..yes...Easyjet FTW

  • Yeah Ryanair can't be trusted for anything. You're lucky if you board the plane never mind get to your destination!

  • You're lucky if you get somebodys luggage who comes from the same country as you!

  • good luck with your pilots course ;) this video is very good easyjet are the best the cabin crew are so kind an helpfull and so are the easyjet workors around the airports : )
