Ralph Townsend was an agent for the Japan govt. who worked for Japanese interests in US. He was convicted for that crime in US.
All those photos made by Japanese correspondents in Nanking were set for propaganda purposes. You see no corposes were allowed to be shown in those photos. Many more photos were not allowed to publish under Japanese army censorship.

Some of you might be thinking that 350k dead bodies are nothing compared to some of the other atrocities, however, it is not just the numbers, it is the methods. Yes, look, has there been another other massive killings considered "games"? Has there been any human predators who laugh who brutally torturing other humans? Has there been any other time where people stuck bamboos, sticks into other people's genitals?

I have to say the only one to blame is the neo-Nazi Japanese government. They are the ones who hide the atrocities. Unlike Germany, who insists on admitting their truth, the Japanese government forcefully erase stories about the Rape of Nanking from the history textbook to hide their guilt. Anyway it was event in the wartime. But CCP killed at least 70 million Chinese in peace age. (40 million at the Great Leap Forward 30 million at the Cultural Revolution, and some at Tiananmen Square)

Like ALL countries, the government chooses not to include the horrific events that their country committed. American history books are like this also, as they do not describe the events of the Native American killings and other things. All historical books are like this. It's the government's choice to do so. No race is evil, only human beings are evil. Do I deserve punishment just for being Japanese? No. Please clear the hate in your hearts so that we can move forward towards a better future!

Well I was born and raised in Japan, and have no idea what videos you are talking about. You make it sound like they preach Anti-Chinese propaganda in school... which they certainly do not. The only anti-chinese protests I've RARELY, if not never, seen in Japan were on streets by some radical idiots. But stuff like that is even common in America where we have KKK and neo-nazi fools who protests blacks, asians, and jews.

I haven't seen any of them, but I am sure that they are all uploaded by idiots who think sinophobia is the way of the future. I assure you my friend, Japanese people hold no hatred towards anyone (except those radical groups or those who weren't just taught right).. in fact, my mother who is a Japanese woman from Hiroshima attends a Chinese Christian Church. I think that says a lot as to how our hearts can continue to mend if we forgive, but never forget.

I am Japanese and feel sorry for all that has happened before me. But the point of any genocide/murders/killing is that WAR IS HELL. There are no winners and losers and war. Yes we must acknowledge all past history, but not to build hate in our hearts. We must learn not to repeat these mistakes! For if you continue to hate another ethnicity for something long ago, then you are only adding to this cycle of destruction.
