@jkolskylbproperties - Hey Jon, Zillow does puts a great amount of effort into their mobile applications but as you know and are aware, some data on Zillow as well as mobile is syndicated by a variety of sites, agents, brokerages and people like yourself. Consumers can also directly access their properties and add content as well. With the Zestmate Accuracy and Data charts available publicly from any page, you won't likely find a more transparent AVM on the web. The site rocks now!! Thx :-)
