Why didn't you read their 55 page contract? Should have hired a lawyer,why didn't you look on the net and see that there is over 10 web sites called paypal sucks dot com.Paypal is not a bank and thats their business to steal your money.They are being sued by over 1 million users.Don't ever sign a contract till you have read the fine print.

Part of how Paypal makes money is by freezing accounts. they collect interest adn in the mean time your account balance is used as collateral to buy stocks.

i was selling and got the money on paypal, and 10 days later they took the money back becoz apparently some guy said he had his bank account details stolen...

Join the club. They still have $600.00 of mine that they refuse to pay back. They limited my account because I had many sales on ebay. Paypal and ebay won't stop screwing us over until we boycott them. They want me to refund everyone's funds when the items were already sent out. Bastards is right.

this is what paypal does a lot! They will freeze peoples accounts so they can collect interest on your money I have $1200.00 on hold for about 150 days
