How to Add Brushes On Paint Shop Pro

why don't people go to google. type in the brush they want, savethe picture instead of downloading everything you don't want and then go in jasc psp9 and make the brush? That what i do and it's easier :)

This isn't helpful at all. You are moving too fast and we have different versions. I don't even get how to make the image a brush because mine won't allow me to.

when i tried to re-size them to 500 width, it said" not enough memory to complete this operation", i closed all the other 3 images that i wanted to re-size and tried again but with 1 image at a time and still wont let me re-size :( do you have any idea how to fix this? and srsly ur tutorials are so awesome!

@17miami Hiya, thanks for watching! Im not too sure why this is happening! Do you have enough space on your computer? Saving the brushes through PSP takes up memory on your computer, but it shouldn't be so much. I've never had this problem so im not really sure, sorry, Ruth :)

@xfakestreet thx babe, i uploaded them on myspace and then saved them that way the size will be smaller now when i try to add the mascaras they are the color of white and i can't move them around :( ahh i have no luck in this =/

when you said change the width to 500 at 2"29, that made the image bigger. isn't that something you don't want to happen cause that's what happened to me when i made it 500

oh thats if your image has a high amount of pixels, if you've copied one from facebook or something, you wont need to make it bigger

Okay, first of all, which version of Paint Shop Pro are you using? Second, have a look at all your tools with little black arrows in the corner. Hold down each tool that has it, and the box with dots on might be on one of those, just hidden :)

The dotted box is when your clicking on your brush tool, its the button that adds your brushes. I've added a red box around it, hope that helps :)

Hi :) I did everything you did and when it came to renaming the picture to save it to the brushes it says unspecified internal error? Do you know how to fix that?

Hmmmm, i'm not sure, it's never happened to me. If it does it again, try merging all of the layers together or something? If that doesnt work, print screen your screen on PSP and then crop out the brush again (so you basically have a copy of your picture) and then try and add it? I haven't a clue, but see if that works. When i download these lashes, it downloads as a JPG file, not as a ABR file. and it wont let me load the brushes! :-/ any suggestion as to why its doing that? i followed all of your directions!

Right okay,

When you've extracted all of your images from that file, open the ones you want in PSP. Then save them as a GIF or JPEG file. Then try adding them? I'm not too sure, comment back if you still need help, sorry :)

how do i flip an airbrush tool? I have image packs of eyelashes that fit on the left eye. how do i flip it to fit on right eye too?

Ahh right

Well, is there not a pack where you get both the left and right?

If not, open up an image about 500x500, then choose the black colour, then get your brush and create a template with just the eyelash brush on. Then go to image - mirror. This will flip the picture, then add the brush like above :)

Okay, so you have the eyelash brushes now?

If you are using the same paint shop pro as i am, the soft round brush should already be loaded in to paint shop pro. If not, message me again and i'll import you one off my paint shop pro via email or something :) If you find one, just put it on a 200x200 blank canvas and then add it in the same way, then name it anything that isnt already named as a brush, even if it is called '123' :)

I have a question you may or may not be able to answer? Well, I guess I'll ask because I really can't think of anyone else that would possibly know.. Well I really want these lashes, and I have the file downloaded and unzipped. But when I go to Photoshop and press open, and click on the file nothing happens. Unlike you, you got to choose from SO many lash sets, but I didn't. Do you know what I can do, I'm sooo confused :(
