Thanks for all of your comments. I understand the concerns in regards to her back position. Breanne is very flexible especially in her spine her back is at less of a risk than someone else who might attempt it, like myself. I think I would be going straight to the hospital.
She has several years of martial arts training and weight training.
if you pay attention to her technique the backs structural integrity is never at risk because it is never taken out of alignment.. it maintains a slight arch thru out the movement reinforcing the lumbar curve....someone with a weak or injured back should not attempt this for obvious reasons, but this is not bad for a healthy back...
PLEASE tell me where do I get those black "carpets" from?? I don´t know what u call them, but I just can´t buy them anywhere...O.o

Man that is bad for you back. Being a student a a Chiropractic College i cringe watching that. Looks cool though. But keep them to a minimum.
