So the United Nations goes into the land of Israel and tells the palestineans they need to move to another place and gave them a new home somewhere else to the west of Israel. They still had a place to go. These refugee Jewish people were then placed into this land because they had no other place to go.

The Jews come from Judah, and Israel is the remaining tribes, scattered over the world. After the dispersion of Nebuchnezzar, only a remnant returned to Israel.
The people in Israel at the time of Christ were Jews only, it was Judah. The other tribes have NEVER returned to Israel.
