@111092008 have you tried resetting your phone? go into settings/tools, go to tools, reset/delete

and then just reset settings. oh and uhm, your security code to access reset/delete features is the last four digits of your cellular number.

yooo, i need some info on the incognito , im getting this phone in less then a week , but i dont wanna make a mistake buying it. i needa know does this phone die fast like other boost phones (i465) i am a major texter and i am always texting which caused my i465 to die in less then a day will this occur with the incognito? and if i send a message and close the phone will it still send ? @mrkaneYO ey, mrkaneYO. The battery life is great for texting if you use it for texting only. With great Internet comes great battery use; for example, facebook, myspace, and YouTube as well as browsing use fucktons of battery life as does calling (although calling uses less battery life than Internet unless utilizing the speaker phone.) and as to your question, yes your phone still sends if you close it. @raul1794 yes, actually. you have to download the latest firmware update. go to main menu, settings/tools, select Tools, Update Phone, Software. select "yes" and your phone will shut off. DONT BE ALARMED. your phone is just installing the software it just downloaded. then it will connect to the internet to post the results of your update to the Boost customer support (just in case.) then it'll tell you the update was successful. navigate ur browser to youtube and surf away! rate and subscribe!
