dogs only think of themselves first an' Jack was happy just to go outside. they don't know that cars are dangerous unless they learn that a car can harm them just like a kid with heat. teach the kid that hot means pain an' the kid won't be likely to touch a flame. the owner is at fault for lettin' him bolt out of the door like that, not neceassarily the dog.
