@63whiskey Check out the album cover of the Genesis album, Duke. He looks almost EXACTLY like this guy, except with green pants and longer arms. I have to wonder if it was the same animator.
Did this dude do any others? I thought I saw him doing a few more words. I used to confuse him with Shaggy from Scooby Doo, for some reason. But he certainly did encourage us to think out loud, didn't he?
He did a few I remember the one for Kiss Me which I saw last night was a dog that then came up and kissed him. Also did Taxi, Grow, Burp and I think I'm missing more oh yeah Hot Dog was another one I saw here on You Tube.
@DaredevilFan1..I agree, it's nothing like what we watched back then...I was born in 75 so I was watching it from about 3 years old, an I can still remember most of the skits...it was more a teaching show then...now all you get is alot of pathetic acting, tons of muppets and half hour of Elmo's butt in his own world...it's really sickening..I think they would do better to go back to the old format.
I was born in 83 so I got the last bits and peices of it my mom glued me infront of the TV and learned english with me lol she is Italian and didn't speak well so it was godo for the both of us now. Bleh can't stand Elmo. *goes to look for more memories*

It was the creater of Sesame Street. His name was Jim Henson. He was the one who mixed up all your signs for you to fix, Mr. Sign Man.
I liked and still like these Sign Man segments.

Yeah that's the other one lol I miss this I can't stomach Seasame Street now :( I'm glad I was able to catch some of these in my childhood.
