Hello.....Thanks so much for the comments! But, I must tell you I am not following the WW plan anymore....I am on a whole, clean unprocessed diet! Which can totally go for WW also! I will be doing an update on foods that I eat again in the near future....glad I could be of help! Take care~
lol your like me eat all the good reduced fat and calories junk i lost 3 stone in a year when i was 10 i started and by the age of 11 i started to have this really nice figure and the good thing is you can eat more junk because its reduced :D
another really great thing to do with the cool whip is either freeze it and eat it like ice cream or you can take it and put it on a graham cracker square( fat free of course) and then another on top and freeze it in the freezer and they are one point and they are like ice cream sandwiches!!

I started the middle of Feb....like the 18th maybe.....I will make a new body shot when I hit like 40-50 lbs. lost.....my hips are not going down as much as I think they should....the joys of getting older....ICK!
