@3martijns As a physician working as hospitalist, it is common that patient develops septic shock after kidney infection. Urologist did lithotripsy according to the record. I guess his cardiac arrest from septic shock secondary to pyelonephritis(kidney infection). His cardiac enzymes also higher. So he might have heart attack (his troponin I was 29.42 in 2nd video). His diagnosis that I could read from the video is sepsis, s/p lithotripsy, metabolic acidosis, possible DIC.
