i look at it this way...when buying a mac your paying for superior engineering and craftsmanship. This isn't to say a pc can't be well made, I just have to think that if an OS and a computer's hardware are built specifically to work with one another, its just gonna run better and live longer.

This is why paying for an apple is worth it.

@Clopez718 yeah but they have good reason not too and that is "hardware made for software," i have never used a pc that had a zero latency when pushing the vol up/down button on the keyboard. i know its a little thing but it proves the concept. even on an old mac the second you push that button the volume turns up/down. you know? same thing with play pause etc.. for iTunes. as far as the op system goes, i love it because its very streamlined and ascetically pleasing,

@WiKax57 I believe whatevers best is whatever has better specs, simple as that. If my laptop has better specs than your Mac, it's better, and vise versa. On the software level, Windows, Linux, and Mac are similar in functionality, and are thus at mostly the same comparison. The question is, which one do you prefer and like better? As for hardware, Apple vs PC hardware is pretty much 100% the same. So none is better, they're just different, and you prefer Apple because it has an aesthetic appeal.
