Mate, the models folder is over 1GB in size, which means on my connection I have no chance of uploading something so big. Is there a specific file in the models folder (under 300mb) that you need ? If so tap back with details and I'll upload.

Wont make a different, but if you replaced .txd and .dff this data folder wont replace cars/buildings back to originals and such.
