Actually, the KARR acronym stands for "Knight Auto-Cybernetic Roving Robotic-Exoskeleton" in the new series... So yeah... It may not be a transformers rip-off... but this takes away the whole car-theme of Knight Rider and imho fucks up the series =.=... You can't turn KITT's archenemy into a friggin ROBOT. That's just wrong.

Its just not possible to make it better than the Knight Rider of the 80's. There are so many factors like
- the Trans Am (just the most beautiful car for this kind of series)
- the voice of KITT (I am german, but i really mean the english one ^^)
- the actors: Patricia McPherson, Edward Mulhare, David Hasselhoff -> not replaceable
- the soundtrack
- and of course the charm and ingenuousness of the whole series (acting, screenplay, bloopers etc)

Why do they have to keep killing KARR? They need to make an episode or better yet a movie WHERE HE WINS JUST ONE TIME!! The writers just need to face the fact that KARR was always more badass than KITT. If they were just going to keep killing him off, they shouldn't have made him so badass. It also pissed me off that they brought him back as a stupid friggin robot

Actually, the KARR acronym stands for "Knight Auto-Cybernetic Roving Robotic-Exoskeleton" in the new series... So yeah... It may not be a transformers rip-off... but this takes away the whole car-theme of Knight Rider and imho fucks up the series =.=... You can't turn KITT's archenemy into a friggin ROBOT. That's just wrong.
....If I look at this from a completely clean point of view (e.g. view this as not related to the original)... then it's fairly entertaining :3

Thank GOD I didn't watch this movie. The 80s show might've been cheesy but at least it was the GOOD kind of cheesy. Also...William Daniels will always be the voice of KITT. Pffft.
