The boxers have good hands...But this fancy mitt work makes the trainer look better than the boxer. You have them throwing to many punches in front of their target. Less strikes and more angles.
@JFarley2008 Both boxers are now multiple State, Regional and City Golden Glove Champions (Open Class), so the fact that the trainer has taken the time and effort to become so efficient at his craft has paid off,,, its only fancy to those who dont understand how it works and cannot do what they see.. Anyone can be a critic, only a few can be REAL ELITE Level trainers.... Have a nice day...
floyd mayweather jr is an undefeated fighter doing this type of pad work...... ricky hatton thought it was stupid too, until that boy ate that matt after floyd knocked him out.
