Tell me my friend have you ever had the botton cap off.... if so is it left or right hand thread..I was told a trick on how to bring the return warmer water to the top of the tank so the Zalman fan kit has a better chance to cool off the water..Take the bottom cap off and add a length of hose to your return nipple make the hose long enough that its almost at the top of the tank this way the warmer water is at the top so like i said the fan kit has a better chance to cool...
