i saw elastica in 1999 when i was 18 at kentish town forum, donna was not performing with the band at the time because she had fallen out with justine but she was at the gig and justine invited donna up on stage and she played guitar and joined in singing for the rest of the gig. it was one of the best concerts i've ever been to. top band

Man I miss the era of alternative rock from the mid-90's. The 60's scene was revisted by Gen-X, but as a dark brooding version. Music was going through a transitional period that bred a type of experimental fearless freedom. During that time I never thought I would long for those days again, but here I am doing just that. In Minnesota we had changed our rock station 93X to 93.7 the Edge, and now it's back to 93X. I wonder what the next musical transition will bring?
