  • For the person who wanted the sheet music for the Beatrice Reel. If you log on to "The Session" website it can be found there. No accordion tabs unfortunately but it is a start.

  • Fantastic job. I love these tunes. And thanks for posting the info concerning your box - always interesting for other box players to know what other boxes are capable of.

  • Cheers man thanks very much,ya always good to know other boxes. Thanks again.

  • Do you know where I can get the sheet music for that last tune, or the name of it?

  • The last tune i thought was composed by Liz Carroll but she told me it was by a french fiddle player called Michael Ferry and its a tune of the same name. The only place i know of it recorded was by Gary Shannon on one of his albums although i dont know the name of it sorry.I know it was the album which Orlaith Ni Bhrainn accompanied him on piano. He playes in in a different key but its a great track.

  • Great music! Is that Gaillard box in B/C or C#/D. It looks as if it's a B/C. I have a Gaillard in D/D# and that thing's a ton of fun to play.

  • its actually a kincora accordion, they're made here in clare by martin conolly.absolutely fantastic accordion-best ive ever played id reccomend them to anyone...mine is B/C tuning by the way. Thanks for the comment!

  • Socks in the Frying pan?! Ye have a fair french twist to this music i think. Very good though

  • Thanks a lot for the details. Actually, I am mostly interested by the french canadian stuff called Reel Beatrice. Is there any chance we can find the written song with tablature for the 2 rows accordeon. My girl is starting the accordeon and needs some help about the fingers positions.

    Thanks for your help
