I was mesmerized, without even realizing it, first time i saw her singing on TV, i think it was 2005. I re-discovered her on YT in 2009 one night, it was the Starking video. My wife just passed away. I just come back from abroad for her wake. That night all i did was watch Charice videos all night long until morning. She made me cry but happy and hopeful

I can't understand most of the words Charice is singing, but I can feel the emotion of the song through her singing. This is one of the aspects about this young woman that makes her so very special and has captured the hearts of so many fans. This alone is enough to rivet me to the screen watching hour after hour of her YT vids -- even without understanding the words, I can understand the emotion she conveys so powerfully whenever she sings.
I have heard many times that Charice was not considered pretty enough in her home country. Is it because of her height or what ? When I see her beside Sarah I actually think Charice look the best. I'm cormfused now LOL. Nothing wrong with Sarah...She Look fine, but so does Charice in this video.
