Reform the 2007 Farm Bill

The problems are real, and much bigger. The values here are excellent. We MUST listen to African farmers.

BUT

Oxfarm misunderstands. Subsidies are not the cause, as my video, "Farm Films Review" proves (3 ways). So Oxfam's solution hurts. See my newly posted farm bill videos. Oxfam had none of this info in their work on the 2007/2008 farm bill.

WTO told Africans, falsely, that it was subsidies. These Africans aren't specialists on our US farm bill. I am (FFReview). Google "Farm Bill Train"

Help in supporting critical funding for Food Stamps and emergency food assistance; reforms in commodity supports to help smaller and moderate scale farmers; as well as support for conservation programs that benefit all rural communities. Urge Senators to Vote YES on amendments that provide additional funding for Food Stamps and for emergency food assistance (TEFAP).

Well explained, the case for change is compelling, unfortunately that doesn't mean it will happen or am I just being cynical?
