All you need is a soundcard with midi out going to midi in on your EMU. Make sure your midi preferences are setup properly in FL under 'Midi options'.
Then in FL - goto 'Channel>Add one>Midi out.
On the Midi out channel set the port to 1 (its on 0 by default). So the Midi out channel will be on midi channel 1, port 1.
