Wow fabulous, when I was eight I was still working on stepping stones! Very impressed, excellent technique.

Anyone criticizing, shes eight you can't expect perfection, but she is amazing for her age and that technique will take her far.

Anyone criticizing that performance simply knows nothing about music and is just spouting off. That's an INCREDIBLE performance for an 8-year old. Her intonation was good, her tone was excellent and she's shifting all over the fingerboard.

For the stupids that are criticizing, it's not nice to say mean words just because you're jealous. Look at her bow hold, it's perfect, and the movement of her finger are so light on the bow that is nice to see. Just work on your own music and get the mean mouth shut. Thanks.

@joaopbfmus I totally agree with you !! I'm a professional cellist and I also teach that beautiful instrument. What she does is wonderful, beautiful sound, good technic, she is not off key and she is just a child ... She obviously has a lot of talent and a wonderful teacher. This is a winning combination. I'll never understand how come people can be so mean. She will make it but not thanks to the wrong comments. I say BRAVO to her and my message to her is DON'T GIVE UP ... you'll go far !!!

@tyinykiller5 Does it matter if her finger board is marked? I'm a violist, I've played for one year, and I'm already at an advanced level. I still have tape on my finger board...who cares? To me, its not how the instrument looks, but how its played that makes a difference. I could go on stage with my viola (or violin or cello, I play all 3) and have stickers all over it, yet its still the technique and talent that people love.

this was pretty good... but her cello was taped..... Kind of cheating lol and make sure her right thumb is bent when holding the bow! I was hassled about that for a long time.
