All I did was Right Click Personalize, clicked mouse pointers, clicked browse, then dragged all the cursors in the cursor folder.

Not at all your computers speed stays the same.

This is not affecting or adding a program. It is just changing your default cursor. to a cooler one.

Try it maybe make a responce.
