Hey i own a 1997 infiniti j30 , the only issue i have with the car is that sometimes the car seems to choke and the idling goes up really slow and whenever that happens it sucks it alot of gas. please help thanks.!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry dude my rpm drops and rises and I'm not even putting gas to my car forget the rest that was the knock

It just turns off basicly wen I hit a stop

It turns off all off a sudden I took it to the mechanic and he told me it was the mass airflow sensor and the knock sensor u solved my knock sensor problem it has more power now but it just turns off sometimes wen I hit a red or just wen I'm driving

Very sorry to get back to you so late on this issue. I am glad to hear your knock sensor issue is resolved. Ok my email is ooohimooo@ymail.com if you need a quick response. Here is what i need you to do... go to advanced auto or autozone and have them run a quick diognostic on your car if you have not done so. if they are saying your maf code is coming up then it basicly needs to be replaced., BUT FIRST... unplug your maf harness and take it for a SHORT drive..........

a parking lot will work just fine. Your J30 should run shitty but not cut off. if it cuts off im thinking it may not be your maf. if your for certain that its your maf, please go to a salvage yard and pull out the maf from a j30 and replace it, unless you want to by a new one for just under $100. please email me back at the email i listed i will respond fast as a text message. ps. have you ever changed your FUEL filter? an old clogged fuel filter can cause your car not to run properly. & cut out
