fame was great with Nia on it! It sucked when they killed her character off.does anyone know why they did it,it was the last season,why not let her finish the series???

Nia was frustrated that she had virtually nothing to do in season 6. She'd been so high profile previously but new producers introduced & concentrated on new characters. Nia went to the producers but they refused to do anything & she decided to leave. They didn't know it was the final season & were working on a drink driving story. Originally a guest star was to die buy they felt it would have more impact killing Nicole.
